Privacy policy
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
Our principle
We only ask for the information we need to provide our services. The purposes and legal bases for processing personal data are explained in our data protection notice.
Account access
We never ask for your Amazon Seller Central password. If we need to work in your account, we'll ask you to grant only the permissions required through Seller Central's user permissions feature, and you can revoke that access once the work is done.
Client panel
Once an engagement begins, clients get access to an online client panel. Instead of a password, you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. The panel processes the following information:
- Account details: email address and full name
- Case records: the subject and status of your case, and the messages exchanged about it
- Documents you upload: PDF, JPG or PNG files, up to 10 MB each
- Quotes: service quotes sent to you and whether they were accepted
- Audit logs: security records of who did what, and when, with documents, quotes and user permissions
Documents
Documents are uploaded only through the client panel by signed-in users and are kept in private, non-public storage. Only you and the authorized people working on your case can see them. Documents are deleted under our retention policy when the engagement ends. We do not accept documents through the initial assessment form.
Service providers
Panel data and documents are stored with Supabase, which provides our database, sign-in and file storage, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data only to deliver their services to us.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Visit numbers are measured only in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. For users who sign in to the client panel, we use only strictly necessary session cookies that keep you signed in. See our cookie policy for details.
