Data protection notice

This notice explains how Satıcı Destek processes the personal data you submit through the assessment and contact channels and the client panel on this website, in accordance with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Personal data we process

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: email address and phone number
• Request details: the service you need, the marketplace, the type of issue and your description
• Client panel (clients with an active engagement only): account details (email address, full name), case messages, uploaded documents (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each), quotes and whether they were accepted
• Security: audit logs of actions on documents, quotes and user permissions

Our forms never ask for your Seller Central password, ID numbers or special categories of personal data. Please do not enter such information.

• To contact you and prepare a service proposal
• To follow up on your requests and complaints
• To deliver the service through the client panel, share documents securely and send quotes
• To keep information secure and actions auditable

Legal basis and how we collect it

We collect your data electronically through the website form, the client panel, email, WhatsApp and Instagram messages, on the legal bases set out in KVKK Article 5(2)(c) (processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest). You sign in to the client panel with a one-time link sent to your email address instead of a password.

Transfers

We may share your data, only for the purposes above and only as far as necessary, with our service providers: Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare for cookieless, aggregate visit statistics, and Supabase for our database, sign-in and document storage (data is stored in the European Union, on servers in Frankfurt). Because these providers' servers are located outside Türkiye, transfers are made in line with the conditions in KVKK Article 9.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period, subject to any retention periods required by law. Client panel data and documents are kept for the duration of the engagement and any retention periods required by law, and are then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for corrections or deletion, know the third parties it has been shared with, and object. Send your requests through the form on our contact page, mentioning "KVKK request" in your message.
