Frequently asked questions
Can I sell on Etsy from Türkiye?
According to Etsy's community announcements, sellers in Türkiye can get paid through Etsy Payments. PayPal hasn't operated in Türkiye since 2016. Check Etsy's help pages for current country and payment requirements before opening a shop.
Can a workshop make my products?
Etsy allows production partners, but you must have designed the item and disclose the production partner on the listing.
My shop was suspended. What should I do?
Start with the reason in Etsy's notice and the policy violations page. Etsy says it is expanding the ability to appeal violations, so it matters that your appeal addresses the right reason.
